Eligibility
Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability benefits begin on the first of the month following 60 days of employment for full-time employees normally scheduled to work 30+ hours per week. Part-time and internship employees are not eligible to participate. Coverage will end on the day of termination or resignation.
If you don’t enroll by the date when your benefits will go into effect, you will not have the opportunity to do so until
the next open enrollment period, unless you have a Qualifying Life Event.
Eligible dependents include: (1) Your legal spouse; and(2) Your children up to age 26. Only those dependents who meet the eligibility requirements can enroll for coverage.
