401(k) Plan

To help you plan for retirement, Oliver will make a matching contribution of 25% of the first 6% of income deferred into the 401(k) plan or Roth 401(k) plan. Employees have full discretion to allocate the company matching contributions in any investment fund with the plan.

Vesting Schedule
 

• 20%: Upon completion of 1 year

• 40%: Upon completion of 2 years

• 60%: Upon completion of 3 years

• 80%: Upon completion of 4 years

• 100%: Upon completion of 5 years

 

New employees are eligible to participate on the first of the month, following three months of employment.
